All items are shipped from Slovenia (EU).

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across the EU. Shipping is free on orders over €100.

3. How long does shipping take?
– Slovenia: 1–3 working days
– EU: 4–10 working days

4. How much is shipping?
– Slovenia: €3.50 (Free over €50)
– EU: €7.90 (Free over €100)

5. Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handcrafted with care, using high-quality materials like crystals, natural stones, and gold/silver-plated accents.

6. What if something arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 3 days with a photo. We’ll do our best to replace or refund the item.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days (buyer covers return shipping). Custom-made pieces are non-refundable.
