Processing Times
All orders are handmade with love. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

• Domestic (within Slovenia): 2–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and customs procedures.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Domestic free shipping is offered for orders over 50 €, EU free shipping is offered for orders over 100€.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Soul Tide is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, Soul Tide cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
